If you were sent an invite and it does not work:
- "This invite link has expired. Ask your school admin for a new one." Invites work for 7 days. Ask the person who invited you to send a fresh link.
- "This invite link has already been used." Each link works once. If it was not you who used it, ask for a new one.
- Open the whole link. A link that is cut off, for example by a chat app, will not work. Copy it again from the message.
If you are the school admin sending invites:
Revoke the old invite
On the Teachers page, find the invite under pending invites and select Revoke.
Create a new one
Choose the role, select Create invite, copy the new link and send it.
If you cannot create one
"You've reached your plan's teacher limit" means all seats are used. Open Billing to move to a plan with more seats, or disable a teacher who has left.
