What we keep about you
Your name, email, school or academy name and role, and the basic details of your plan. If you pay, we also keep the proof of payment and reference number you send us, because payments are checked by hand. Messages you send through in-app support chat or WhatsApp are kept so we can help you. If you use Invite & Earn, we keep the email address of the person you referred so a valid referral can be rewarded.
What we keep about your work
Lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes and exam papers you generate are saved in History so you can reopen and reprint them. Selecting Delete removes an item from your history.
What is sent to the AI
To make a document, Muallim sends the details you entered (class, subject, topic, chapters, subtopic and notes) to Google's Gemini service, which writes the result. If you upload a sample document for your own layout or a template request, it is sent for analysis in the same way.
What is not saved
The text in Anything else? is used for that one generation and is not stored. Nothing is printed, published or sent to anyone on your behalf: you review and approve everything yourself.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If analytics are on, we also collect basic technical information about how pages are used.
